Senior Session Booking Form

By submitting this form, I agree to the payment details described in the senior guide for my chosen session selections. I have reviewed the session details as well as the print & product guide and understand that images will be viewed and my print order will be placed during the viewing & order consultation after the photo session...and that orders placed after the initial viewing are not eligible for the order incentive program.

There are no refunds of session fee once a session has been booked. For your convenience we accept credit cards, however a 3% discount does apply.

Please note that ordering sessions cancelled within 72 business hours (or no shows) will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. If you cancel an evening appointment (4:00 pm or later) with less than 72 business hours notice, your appointment will be rescheduled within normal business hours.
