By submitting this form, I agree to the selection of chosen family session and payment is due upon scheduling. Full refunds are given within 14 days notice of scheduled date. For your convenience we accept credit cards, however a 3% fee does apply.
Please note that ordering sessions cancelled within 72 business hours (or no shows) will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. If you cancel an evening appointment (4:00 pm or later) with less than 72 business hours notice, your appointment will be rescheduled within normal business hours.
